Five seasons strong and with stockists and loyal followings in Paris and Tokyo, brother and sister team Tuomas and Anna Laitinen presented their SS10 collection Tuesday at StudioPiu in Milan. After winning a special mention award for their debut collection at the Festival d’Hyeres in 2006, the Laitinens have remained consistently print-strong, utilizing luxury fabrics, smart tailoring, signature details and styling — button-up drop-panels, brilliant hand-knit technique and an unshakeable northern European melancholy (they are Finnish, after all). The new collection marks the label’s first all-menswear endeavor. Keep reading for more pics.
