Azature’s namesake unisex jewelry collection is anything but boring. Bolt-shaped rings dipped in black diamonds showcase a rock and roll aesthetic (Led Zeppelin and Justin Timberlake’s digits have been adorned with the jewels). The designer, whose name is a combination of his Armenian and Greek heritage, has been lauded by some as the king of black diamonds and even has a black diamond named after him in Russia (where many of his conflict free diamonds are finished). The designer is akin to a rocker himself and is currently on tour – his Black Glove by Black Diamond King is a series of intimate dinners being hosted by high profile clients (royalty in the Middle East, business men from Fortune 500 companies) that adore the 007 appeal of having a private jeweler make custom pieces. However, their secret obsession with the modern luxury jeweler might not stay undercover once Harvey Nichols showcases Azature in its new Saudi Arabia store this October.
