Allow us to introduce our newest contributor, DJ Mike Nouveau. Mike will spend his next 30 days travelling around various cities, DJing parties, talking his way into exclusivity, and always putting his die hard devotion to fashion before any sort of practical decision making, which is one of the reasons we love him so much. He’ll be reporting back to us frequently, so please meet Mike, a VMan indeed: 

When VMAN asked me if I would be interested in writing a blog documenting my upcoming travels for various fashion weeks, I said, no. And then I said, maybe. And now we’re here.*

We’ll begin this week with New York Fashion Week, which means I can start things nice and easy from my home base, documenting whichever shows, parties and events decide to let me in (I’ve already been warned against using VMAN’s name to weasel into any front rows). After New York, I’m off to London, Istanbul, Paris and Rome. Paris and London will be in the midst of their own fashion weeks, and the other two… well, I’ll just be bumming around in the other two, maybe DJing here and there. I’m a DJ by trade, but you don’t need grammar and punctuation to spin records, so please bear with me while I try to string some fashion-related sentences together. Now that I think about it, I guess you don’t need grammar and punctuation to be a blogger either. Stay Tuned.
